coding portugal #3: Coimbra

Mon, October 28, 2019
6:30 PM UTC

Wooohooo, Coimbra! coding portugal, volume 3 is coming to your town for the first time on October, 28th 2019 (that's a Monday, sorry). We're calling all local developers who want to share their knowledge with their fellows in mind. On our first meetup in your town this is what's going to happen:

6.30pm Doors open
7.00pm Introduction: coding portugal
7.10pm Talk #1: Tiago Costa (Elastic): Experimental approach to solve file count on Kibana distributable

Tiago worked as a Front-end Engineer over the last years and is now a Senior Software Engineer on Kibana at Elastic. He tries to run his life according his favourite philosophy: "Once we accept our limits, we go beyhond them". Enthusiast about software, travelling, football, karting, (Port) wine and Alfa Romeo cars.

7:45pm Talk #2: Stefan Adolf: a micro service story - a decoupled information hub built with Kafka and Elasticsearch

To make coding portugal meetups a great experience we depend on you. If you'd like to host our meetups, or if you'd like to present a talk or consider contributing a hot topic for discussions, let us know first: we're open for any suggestions.

Our goal is to connect developers, to share knowledge and to create an inspiring room for coders of all trades. We only have one rule: whatever you present, it must at least contain 1 line of code.

Contact us here, on Twitter (@coding_earth), drop us a mail on [masked] and tell us what's on your mind.
